Our Human Resources Department successfully manages all processes, from the necessary preparation for the recruitment of professionals and expert teachers working in our offices to performance assessment, evaluation, and promotion . From workflows to management structure , our professionally organized human resources management system includes the creation of position profiles and projected job descriptions. Recruitment is conducted based on these descriptions, and employee performance evaluations are also conducted based on established criteria.
