Since its inception in 1998, the NYS Human Resources department has adopted and implemented world-class human resources processes . Our Human Resources Department successfully manages all processes, from the necessary preparation for the recruitment of professionals and expert teachers working in our offices to performance assessment, evaluation, and promotion . From workflows to management structure , our professionally organized human resources management system includes the creation of position profiles and projected job descriptions. Recruitment is conducted based on these descriptions, and employee performance evaluations are also conducted based on established criteria.
Our Human Resources team recruits native speaker teachers in every language and also handles official business.
