Your registration cancellation request and justification must be submitted in writing to muhasebe@nystudio.co.tr at least 30 days before your reserved lessons. For example, if you submit your cancellation request on June 1st, all your lesson reservations scheduled for June 30th will be canceled. Your actual reserved lessons, along with any reservations scheduled for the 30-day period following your cancellation request, will be deducted from your calculations to determine the payment amount. If you fail to attend your reserved lessons within the 30-day period, the reserved lessons will be considered as held and reflected in the calculations.

In order to cover AYKO's expenses related to course organization, student registration, initiation of classes, advertising, promotion, management, etc., the payment is made by deducting the booked lessons from the registration fee and then calculating the remaining balance with a 30% deduction.

Due to the purchase being made at a special discounted price for your institution, a refund will be made with a 30% deduction by making calculations based on list prices / non-discounted amounts and deducting any actual lessons from the calculations.

Refunds will be made within 30 business days, based on the date on which the document regarding the cancellation of registration and its justification is submitted to the institution.

The trainee accepts and undertakes the cancellation process in advance at the beginning of the registration process.
