The English for Sales and Purchasing program is essential for anyone doing business in the international market. Drawing on real-life examples, the English for Sales and Purchasing program addresses specific situations such as approaching new customers, selecting potential suppliers, concepting and developing proposals, preparing and conducting negotiations, organizing orders and deliveries, and handling or expressing complaints.

As part of the program, participants gain English proficiency in sales meetings, trade fairs, the AIDA approach, negotiation tips, initiating and closing negotiations, online ordering, order changes, contract terms, handling customer complaints received by phone or in person, effectively handling dissatisfaction, and complaint management.
