According to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, AYKO………… is defined as the data controller because it processes your personal data. According to Article 10 of the law, titled "Obligation to Inform," data controllers are obligated to inform the natural persons whose personal data they process on certain matters. In accordance with this article, this text has been prepared by AYKO……………… to ensure both regulatory compliance and transparency and accountability.

Relevant Person: You, who will sign AND/OR sign a sales contract with AYKO………… or contact us to obtain information, and whose personal data we process, are defined as the relevant person by Law.

Data Controller: AYKO …. is the data controller who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data about you and is responsible for establishing and managing the data recording system.

Your Processed Personal Data, Processing Purposes and Legal Reasons: Surname, Name, Signature, TR Identity Number, Telephone Number (Landline), Personal E-Mail Address, Telephone Number (Mobile), Institutional E-Mail, Fax Number, Tax Office, Tax Identity Number, Address and Contact Time, as per KVKK Art. 5/2c, since it is directly related to the establishment or execution of the Sales Contract concluded with you for the purpose of Carrying Out the Goods / Services Sales Processes.

Since we fulfill our legal obligations for the purpose of carrying out Finance and Accounting Affairs, your personal data such as Surname, Name, TR Identity Number, Document Date, Document Number, Tax Office, Tax Identity Number, Address, Address Province and Address District are processed by us for our legitimate interests in order to carry out Communication Activities in accordance with KVKK Article 5/2f, including Surname, Name, Signature, Telephone Number (Landline), Personal E-Mail Address, Telephone Number (Mobile) and Corporate E-Mail.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to legally authorized ministries, presidential councils, judicial authorities, or security forces in cases stipulated by law, to the extent limited by relevant legislation, within the framework of Article 28 of the Personal Data Protection Law, without fulfilling the obligation to inform or seeking your explicit consent. Your personal data will not be transferred to any institution, person, or organization other than those legally obligated to inform or require your explicit consent.

Methods of Obtaining Personal Data

Your personal data is obtained not automatically in paper form but automatically or partially automatically in digital environments such as the internet and e-mail.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

Data subjects are required to first communicate their rights regarding their personal data to the data controller. According to Article 14 of the Law, complaints cannot be made directly to the Personal Data Protection Board.

Regarding your personal data in accordance with the law:

a) Learning whether personal data is being processed,

b) Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,

c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

d) To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,

d) Request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,

e) Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated,

f) To request that the transactions carried out in accordance with clauses (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

g) To object to the emergence of a result to your detriment by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,

g) If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, you may exercise your right to demand compensation for the damage.
